Eda is the most lovely hairdresser ever, she always is so kind and makes me feel so beautiful! Im so glad I found her as I wont get my hair done by anyone else! I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

I’ve been to multiple places in Plymouth to get my acrylics done and usually always left a little disappointed by the result. I left my appointment today with the best nails I’ve ever had! I love them so much! By far the best salon in Plymouth :)

Hannah was truly amazing! I went from a dark reddish brown (box dyed) to a bright red ♥️. She managed my expectations about lifting the dark box dye (I was prepared for not having exactly what I wanted in one go) but then she went and exceeded them with the end result!! I couldn't be happier with my new red hair!! She was friendly and professional every step of the way and really made me feel valued as a client. Would deffo recommend!!

As always Adam delivers an exceptional experience from start to finish. Feeling like you’re going for a haircut and coming away feeling glam and refreshed. It’s not just about the hair though, although he is fabulous at that! It’s Adam, he makes you feel welcome, comfortable and you leave feeling happier and uplifted.
