First time to visit this salon and I was impressed. I had my two boys and husband booked in for haircuts. Cat was attentive and friendly. She listened to what we wanted and did a great job of their haircuts. We will definitely visit again.

If I could give 100 stars I would!! Best hairdresser in Plymouth. Cobi was so understanding and knowledgable, he brought my hair back to life. Cobi’s apprentice was also great, she was lovely to talk to and gave me a fantastic head massage. Thank you CPL !!

Carys was amazing as always. Loved the colour, and the cut has made the ends look in much better condition without taking much of the length off. Carys always gives great hair advice and helps me decide what to do with it next. The other girls are also really lovely in this salon. I would definitely recommend.

My visits to Refine are my favourite escape. The cozy friendly atmosphere that Refine always gives puts a huge smile on my face. What makes it truly special is my incredible hairdresser Chloe, who not only listens to every detail of what I want but always goes above and beyond to make it happen! Her dedication to making me feel amazing, shows in every cut, colour and style. I can't recommend her and her beautiful salon enough! Absolutely smashing it as always <3

Really so over the moon with my hair, it’s the first time I’ve sat in a salon chair for years, Chloe is really friendly and lovely to chat to, but also very professional in her skills, she actually worked with my hair and how it falls and all the permanent kinks and cows licks I’ve got going on, I was fascinated as she explained the process and gave me feedback on how to maintain my style and what products would work best for my hair, I can highly recommend Chloe to anyone visiting, and wishing her all the very best in her new salon, I will certainly be going back, thanks so much Chloe 😊
