After so many bad salon experiences trying to be blonde and being told it wasn’t possible I was reluctant to go to another salon. Cobi absolutely blew me away with his foiling skills and attention to detail! My hair is now blonder than it has EVER been and all on the first go! I definitely feel like myself again after debating if the blonde lifestyle was for me anymore! Will definitely be coming back to CPL hairhouse , a fantastic job Cobi thank you so very much🩷

Absolutely amazing 👏 🤩 summer has gone above and beyond to sort my hair out after another salon in Newquay messed it up I shall now in future be travelling over an hour to plymouth to have the wonderful kind and talented summer to do my hair I absolutely love it and so greatful for the wonderful style and cut she has done. Jamie is so accommodating and patient. His honesty on what hairstyle or colour will work or what may not work is refreshing. Am so grateful to have been recommended by word of mouth to the salon. The salon is always very clean with welcoming staff.

So pleased I made an appointment at this salon. Jamie has been amazing at sorting out my colour and cut, having been to a different salon where the hairdresser didn’t listen and chose to do their own thing, left me a big hole in my pocket and stressed with a complete mess. Jamie from our first meeting listened. During my consultation Jamie explained clearly what he would do to correct the colour and cut. My hair now looks and feels just how I want. The salon has great vibes, the staff are genuinely nice, the prices are very reasonable. I have already booked my next two appointments.

It was my first time here today and I’m extremely happy with the service. I’m new to Plymouth/Plympton so finding a good salon was quite nerving as I’m fussy with my hair, also hadn’t had it seen to for a while so needed someone to work their magic. After reading their reviews I booked in straight away for a cut and blow dry. Tia is so lovely, she’s so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She knows her stuff. I’m looking forward to my next appointment. Definitely recommend!

Feel like a new person ! I rarely have the time to get my hair done so for me this is such a treat and Refine Hair did not disappoint! The relaxed and professional atmosphere complete with tea and biscuits meant I could really enjoy my time at the salon. I came away with a beautiful transformation and couldn’t be happier 🥰

I followed Meg from her previous location because she’s an excellent colourist. The location was easy to find. Free parking outside. Polite and attentive staff. The atmosphere didn’t feel stuffy or pretentious like other places I’ve been. The salon was clean and bright. There was decent airflow on a hot day. It’s also not too big of a place, so suitable for clients with social anxieties or those who don’t like lots of hairdryers going off like my autistic son xx
