I had such a lovely experience with Heather at her cozy little space. She is so caring, friendly, and really pays attention to every detail. I’m so happy with my hair and the final result was exactly what I wanted. Her dog Hocking is also adorable and makes the place feel even more warm and welcoming. First time. Been let down and disappointed in various salons Southside so tried yet another but nearer my partner's home. Booked just yesterday for today Saturday. Ashley was on her own and ran slightly behind as happens, was apologetic and clearly a lovely girl, could see the way she treated previous client then myself and I knew she would do a good job blow drying my crazy curly hair straight! Good shampoo beforehand, why is it so impossible to get a decent shampoo? I have arthritis and lots of hair so appreciated this! Very friendly, definately happy to go back, even to look forward to it!

I have used Marcy since my daughter in law recommended her and im so glad I changed! Marcy takes the time to do my nails properly and asks if im happy every step of the way. She is by far the best nail consultant I have ever had! (And i also love our chats!) xx

I cannot recommend Marcy enough, I get hard gel which always lasts 4weeks. The care and attention she puts into her work from prep to finish is always 100%.

Iv had 3 sessions of tattoo laser treatment done in the salon to remove my botched brows. Today I got my new brows & they are better than I could ever imagined. Leanne has done a fantastic job on them! I would highly recommend anyone looking for new brows to come here. Eternally grateful Leanne 🙌🏼

Just met Sarah today and got my hair done, and she has done an amazing job on my hair she's a miracle worker. All the girls at room nine are lovely too. Definitely be back. The junior was so so nice too always making sure I was okay.
