Caitlin does exactly what I want and more every time I’ve been, she’s so welcoming and I felt comfortable from the first visit! I used to dread going to get my lashes done at other places knowing how uncomfortable it can be but but I’ve never felt more relaxed and I now look forward to my appointments!

It was my first visit for a root tint and cut. I had previously been to a hairdresser for over 20 years so was very nervous and apprehensive about going somewhere new but my stylist Hannah was so lovely and did a beautiful job with my hair, I'm so pleased with the result and will be coming back again.
