absolutely brilliant 💚I came to the salon with my 9yo daughter which needed a little trim (hair 4b/4c). I'm absolutely obsessed with the result. Very nice, friendly and welcoming service. I've received a lot of tips and advice how to properly look after my daughter's hair. The salon itself is beautiful, classy and minimalistic. My daughter has been treated like a princess the whole appointment and came back home very happy :) I will come back here 100% and highly recommend this place to everyone

Chloe did a colour correction as unfortunately I had a bad experience elsewhere. She took so much care and the whole experience was great finishing of with a lovely gentle blow-dry and style. The team are lovely and always accommodating. I’ve had Rachael and Charlotte do my hair in the past too and it always turns out beautiful. Thanks total makeover team.

A fantastic atmosphere, everyone is really friendly & easy to get along with. Charlotte did my hair & I was so chuffed with how it turned out. Literally better than I ever imagined!! Love coming here. It's a fantastic salon, lovely atmosphere and you're always made to feel welcome. I have Emily, she is great, fab stylist and colourist. I've been today and watched Hannah colour extra long blonde hair and she did a fantastic job. I Won't go anywhere else now, sorry guys you're stuck with me X

Emily has honestly been an absolute angel. She did a full colour correct on my hair, which was ruined by a different salon and has turned it into a creamy, blended, gorgeous looking colour. Her attention to detail and genuine care about how the end result looked, was amazing. The whole team, including management were approachable, chatty and genuinely invested in making their clients happy. I've rebooked already, very happy!!
