I’ve been with HairHub for about six months now, and I’m always happy with the service. However, during my last hair dye appointment, the results weren’t what I expected. When I let HairHub and Natali know, they were incredibly polite and accommodating, fitting me in within a few days to fix the issue. Natali went above and beyond to make sure my hair looked exactly how I wanted it. This level of customer service is rare to find in Toronto! Min is fantastic. Phenomenal experience today. I had an awful perm from a prior cut at a different place but not only did he fix it and made me look like a celebrity. Kept getting compliments. I will not think twice about going back. Min definitely gained a loyal customer. Another point to add is his attentiveness to details and understanding your desires/thoughts before getting right to the cut/styling. This is very valuable to have as a hairstylist and one that I find is lacking in all the other toronto salons.

The staff is kind and welcoming. Especially our hair stylist, One, is not only competent and skilled, but also helps the customer feel at ease. My son got the low taper fade haircut he wanted and is thrilled with the style One provided. I highly recommend this hair salon to anyone looking for great haircut and service.

It was such a wonderful experience! Hadn’t been to a hair salon in a while, so I was a bit nervous, but all the staff were incredibly welcoming. It was nice, they were patient with me despite me being late, and my hairdresser asked me thorough questions to ensure I had the hair cut I had in mind. I also liked how she notices any discomfort during the haircut and helped ease it. Overall the place was very friendly and does hair very well.

I cant thank Erin enough for giving me such a great first haircut in GOA. Been trying to find a place to get my haircut after my regular stylist left the country I been going to different places for the past 3 years and I'm so glad to have tried GOA. I will definitely be coming back here for my regular haircut. Erin was very kind and she didn't rush she got exactly what I was asking for and copied the reference photo so we'll. Receptionist and other staff are also very welcoming and nice. Thank you so much for a great service! Would highly recommend this place.

I really like this hair salon. Everyone is very kind. I love my haircut; it looks so pretty. It makes my thin hair look thicker. It also makes my round face look a bit smaller. I love coming to this location for a haircut! I don’t live close but I come here because Sue is the best hairdresser ever! I will forever go to her because she seriously takes her time to make sure my haircut is how I want it to be. I’ve been seeing her for years now and her work is always on point! This little salon has a LOT going for it. Michael at reception moved heaven an earth to try to fit me in, and then the entire team consulted on my color to make sure it was perfect. Throughout my service, I watcher as other clients were doter over including a fellow who got the most attentive and thoughtful short haircut, an child who was treated like family as he got highlights, and a woman whose hair was cut and straightened and who looked absolutely delighed with the result. I left with brand new color courtesy of bascially everyone and a terrific cut courtesy of the talented Andrea.
