Lauren is always wonderful and listens to my many ramblings about what I want to do with my hair and gives her honest opinion and I am very thankful for that, nobody wants a haircut that doesn't suit them. Lauren is a blonde master, she's the best, thank you for your hardwork

My hair turned out amazing, absolutely loved the styling and the cut is the perfect length and thickness. It's so wonderful to be properly heard by a salon team! Price was super reasonable too, have spent waaaay more in the past for lesser results. Found my regular salon!

Communication is important when discussing a haircut/style with your hairdresser. Bav listens to what you are looking for and takes you through the procedure. The salon is clean and neat, the services and prices are clearly marked when booking and parking is readily available,

When your hair is great you feel great. After having a few disasters in the past with a new hairdresser, I ventured in with trepidation. Cannot sing enough praises about the girls at Epoch hair salon Redbank. I am loving myself sick with my new hair do! Great colours (1/2 head foils- 2 colours),and my last cut disaster was fixed effortlessly and professionally. Highly recommend this salon!

I had my hair dyed using a different brand of products previously before changing to Epoch Hair. When I had my hair done the first time there the different brands of products reacted differently to my hair. My hair has its own mind, and we would have had no prior knowledge that this would happen. My hair still looked amazing but the colour turned out slightly different. Senior Stylist Lauren and emerging stylist Jaz both immediately put together a plan to rectify this problem going forward. They also made sure on my next visit that they removed the colour before using the new process.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon today! The atmosphere was calm, clean, and relaxing—perfect for unwinding. Bav and her staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel at ease right away. I had my haircut done by Bav, who suggested a style that suits me beautifully. I'm absolutely thrilled with the result, especially the blow-dry with soft curls—it turned out very nice. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!

Both Jamie and Bav were friendly. Jamie was very gentle and patient for my daughters first haircut. I had a great experience with Bav, very proficient.

Best hairdresser I've been to she talks to you and lets you know before cutting it doing anything lovely atmosphere not overcrowded
