I normally avoid long waits at any hair salon, so I always follow the barbers' recommendation to schedule an appointment in advance. They often remind clients that without an appointment, they will need to be fitted in around existing bookings which can lead to extended waiting times. My 10:00am appointment today was disappointing. The barber advised he would be 30 minutes late, but never arrived or followed up. Thankfully Teekay stepped in and was extremely professional ensuring I received exactly what I requested. I appreciate her service but leaving at 11:20 am was frustrating.

Today was my first time to your salon. The receptionist was very polite and even though I was early for the appointment I was attended to the same time. The barber Teekay was very refreshing, she interacted with my son while cutting his hair and she paid attention to every detail making sure he was comfortable and got exactly what he came for. He was very satisfied with the haircut which is an achievement as he is not very easy to please. He will definitely be coming again

Firstly, let's talk about the workspace it was clean and very tidy with a luxurious ambience. For my haircut i tried to challenge the barber with difficult design and he did not disappoint, he did it better than I anticipated. I also like how everything is organized and efficient. Overall, it was good customer service, so if you are looking for a barbershop with high standards, I personally recommend Esquire.

It was great! The barber Teekay, is wonderful. The front desk woman is a little miserable, though. She was making this big issue over a $5 charge for booking appointments online that was implemented on the same day I made my appointment, so honestly, I was just prompted for 20... Then she told me how my haircut is not even an adult cut... It's a fade... and that is 25... She was doing too much for this $5 bucks! and I was about ready to just leave. Teekay diffused the situation very nicely. Wish I could go to her privately...
