I had a Brazilian wax done here, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The salon is clean, welcoming, and has a very comfortable atmosphere. The owners and staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and made me feel at ease throughout my appointment. My wax went really well, and I was very happy with the results. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for professional service in a warm and welcoming environment! I would def be back but most likely for laser hair removal this time. ☺️

I was curious about the face analysis machine, and she kindly offered to do a complimentary skin analysis for me. She briefly explained the results and answered my questions in a clear and helpful way. I really appreciated her time, knowledge, and excellent customer service. She almost didn’t do the carbon laser, since the lady I called to change my appointment forgot to tell Litzy. thankfully I told her and she understand. Very kind like always, I would have loved to remove more dead skin from my forehead for next time.

Every time I come to the House of Rose and Co for various treatments, you are given a warm welcome at reception. Today Sam was front of house. I had Charlotte to remove old PMU from my brows using a laser. Charlotte makes sure you are comfortable and counts you in for the laser before starting. She was very professional throughout the treatment. Highly recommend.

I have been several times - All staff are really Lovely and welcoming. They explain everything clearly and advise on realistic expectations and outcomes without any pressure to comit and book. No hard selling. .clinic is Spotlessly clean. I am extremely pleased with results from aqua cleanse and genesis laser treatments , plus skin tag removal.

My aestitician, Bri, was such an excellent host. She was knowledgeable and relaxed and made me feel so comfortable and at home. The cavitation treatment was excellent followed by the laser lipo. I was genuinely impressed by Bri's knowledge and professionalism as well as the beautiful surroundings of the BellaDonna environment. I can't wait for my next visit and I highly recommend others to book an appointment. You will be very happy.

Absolutely buzzing. Had a fair few milia removed after previously having laser treatment, being told people can’t help and not able to find someone to try. Been something making me so self conscious for ages and was quick, the lady was lovely and pretty low on a pain scale

Anne was extraordinarily calming and reassuring in answering all my questions in relation to the removal process of my old eyebrow tattoo as well as planning what can be achieved with a correction tattoo to ensure it meets expectations and satisfaction.
