Only down side is that services outside of booking will not be accommodated. Would have liked to get my nails and eyebrows done but there was no one there to do it.

The lead therapist I think her name is Lena, and she is an absolute gem; she makes you feel so welcomed and right at home, and her calming presence just adds to the whole vibe.
