He rescued my hair from dullness, transforming once-shabby hues of gold, yellow & a hacked at mixed length mess into a bright white modern delight. I am thrilled & haven't had a haircut so right & so powderpuff white in years. I could pass for a snowball, but the shape is way more detailed & nuanced, so my facial structure pops. My hair stylist was very professional and great at listening to my needs. His highly skilled techniques plus the use of quality products resulted in a fantastic hair cut, blow wave and colour for under $200. I liked the way he also applied a complimentary hydrating hair product after rinsing the colour resulting silky smooth hair. I also loved the cappuccino even though it was served in a disposable cup. Excellent value for inner Melbourne.

The make up removal and cleaning step needs improvement. The final step of applying cream needs to be a bit more, it was very little cream applied to my face, and not covering the eye area.
