Loved every bit of it. Mix it up with Yoga Nidra and you’ll be floating in space :) felt kinda high lol. Highly recommend

Really friendly staff who made me feel right at home. I’d not been in an infrared sauna before but I loved it - really relaxing and a great temperature to get hot, but not overwhelmed!

Extremely great experience would 100% go again as walked out feeling a million dollars after three great treatments and a sauna and lovely shower to finish off . Highly recommend it .

I went for the muscle toning and fat reduction treatment and I couldn’t recommend it enough. From the moment I walked through the door, I was made to feel welcome, the ladies were really friendly and talked me through the treatment, addressing any concerns I had. I expected that the electrical pulses would be painful but I wouldn’t even call it uncomfortable- it’s just a weird sensation (like an extreme version of having a muscle spasm). I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Thriyv or this treatment. I’ll definitely be back!

It was a great experience; the doctor provided an overview of the scan and what to expect, followed by a detailed analysis and discussion of the skin concerns. Afterwards, you could go for the red light therapy. This was an extremely insightful visit, the doctor was very professional, friendly and happy to answer any questions! I would recommend it to everyone!

We had such an amazing experience at Thriyv! The taster session was incredible and gave us a really good feel for everything they offer.
