Karolina managed to help me out with the worst body pains and long term health conditions, till the point I am only coming for meintenance and relax therapies. Regular Sauna infrared appointments made me feel much better as well as cupping and acupuncture. I also have to mention physio and 1:1 sessions where Karolina and her team choosing individual exercises, I am so happy and for a long time didn't feel as good as now. Thank you!

"I’ve been visiting Paige at The Luma Practice for a year now for a stubborn plantar fasciitis injury, and the progress has been incredible. I started with sports massage and eventually moved into cupping and red light therapy. Most notably, Paige helped me overcome a massive fear of needles to start acupuncture—I've gone from being terrified to now doing 10 sessions a month! Paige is a total 'encyclopedia' of knowledge; she explains everything clearly and has truly educated me on the vital importance of rest and recovery. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone dealing with chronic pain

"Today's session was a stark reminder of how important regular body maintenance is. After a week off due to illness, my muscles were incredibly tight. Combining sports massage with acupuncture today provided immediate relief and reset my system. The expertise here is unmatched, and the results speak for themselves. Consistency is key, and I won't be skipping another week!"

"I have been visiting Lumi Healing twice a week for a combination of sports massage, cupping, acupuncture, and red light therapy, and the results have been incredible. The tailored approach has completely transformed my recovery routine. The sports massage is deep and effective, while the cupping and acupuncture work together to release stubborn, chronic knots and tension I've had for months. Finishing with red light therapy leaves me feeling rejuvenated. I've noticed a massive improvement in my flexibility and a significant reduction in pain. Highly recommend paige at Lumi Healing for anyonr

I had my first cryotherapy session at The Cryo Lab and had a really positive experiences.I have FND, which causes seizures, jerking, internal shaking and body aches. I went in feeling sore and shaky, but afterwards I felt instant relief. My jerking stopped for a while, the soreness eased, I could walk better and felt more energised. The internal shaking is still there, but much calmer.Ellie-Mae was absolutely lovely, friendly and reassuring. She talked me through the whole session and made me feel comfortable and safe. Everyone with FND is different, but for me, I noticed a real difference

Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. He has healing hands and quickly identified the areas causing pain and discomfort. The massage was excellent, and he knew exactly how to target the problem areas. I left feeling much better and would highly recommend him.

Really good experience at Soman Studio Sports Massage. I went in with a painful knot/tightness in my shoulder and felt much better after the session. The treatment was professional, thorough and targeted the exact area that was causing me trouble. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and everything was explained clearly. Would definitely recommend to anyone dealing with muscle tightness, aches or sports-related pain.

Ryan was absolutely amazing! Super professional and really took the time to ensure I was getting the correct treatment tailored to my needs. The room was lovely and it was such a relaxing environment. Iv struggled with back pain for a while and have had many massages in the past with the practitioner not being able to remove knots in my upper back… which Ryan did!!! Honestly couldn’t recommend Ryan more and can’t wait for my next appointment. Thank you 💕 x

Had my first sports massage today and honestly didn’t know what to expect, but it was amazing. It definitely wasn’t painfree, but it never felt uncomfortable just the kind of pressure you know is actually doing something. I went in with really tight legs and upper back pain, and I’ve come out feeling so much looser and more relaxed. Huge difference already. Big thanks to Ryan really professional, made me feel at ease, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Already booked in again and actually looking forward to it this time. Highly recommend if you’re dealing with muscle tension.

Outstanding! Imogen is absolutely amazing and made me feel immediately at ease from my first appointment. We discussed my concerns & Imogen suggested the best treatment. Imogen is so friendly and welcoming & has made a drastic improvement to the pain I have been experiencing in my back and shoulder. I would highly recommend Imogen to anyone who is experiencing pain or niggles or anyone who just wants a relaxing treatment too. Imogen’s prices are extremely reasonable & her room is simply magical. I am already looking forward to my next appointment.

Simone was great. He took a few minutes to discuss what I needed and check posture/muscles before starting the session. He explained what he was doing throughout and where he could notice muscles stiffness/tension, making sure that muscles were warmed up properly, so that even knots were (mostly!) pain-free when massaged. I felt so much better afterwards, and would definitely recommend!
