I cannot recommend Craig highly enough. After developing knee pain while running, I sought his help and was impressed by his thorough, professional and knowledgeable approach. What an experience\! After wanting to try cryo for years, I finally took the plunge. I was recommended to combine an infrared sauna session with the cryotherapy, and I’m so glad I did. The staff were warm, welcoming, funny, and explained everything clearly, putting me completely at ease.Relaxing with Netflix during the infrared session was a great start before stepping into the cryotherapy chamber with the finest winter accessories. The 3 minutes flew by, and I loved every second. I felt amazing afterwards and will definitely be back. I highly recommend giving it a try

Cara had a look at a problem that I've had with my back for a while. She was very thorough in her assessment and identified the likely problem for me. She prescribed some rehab exercises and clearly demonstrated them to me. The massage gave me some relief straight away. I've already recommended her to my wife!

I’ve been seeing Craig for the last few months for a shoulder injury, and the improvement has been brilliant. Through a combination of band exercises, strength work and massage, my shoulder is almost back to normal. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and explains everything clearly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing physio.

Amazing experience! Adam was so friendly and knowledgeable. I initially booked my appointment just for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, as my IVF clinic recommends it to help improve outcomes. After learning more about my ongoing treatment, Adam suggested additional therapies that could be beneficial for me and even gave me a complimentary 20-minute red light session. I’ve already rebooked for two days’ time and would definitely recommend Biohacking mcr to anyone!

Excellent treatment, Lucy really knows what’s she’s doing and adapts each session to treat specific areas of concern. As someone who’s had years of having treatments all over the country with different types of practitioners it was a relief to move to this area and find Lucy.
