Christine, the owner, is very very good with color and cut. Probably the only salon in the Pittsburgh area that still uses Framesi hair color, from Italy . It makes all the difference. lastly, the salonists don’t jump from client to client like other salons. When you get an appointment here, it is your appointment for the entire time. Great Small business, support it.

It was amazing. This is the first time that I made it during regular business hours. Katelyn always pampers me the minute I walk in the door and she is wonderful, but today’s experience was a little different and I have to say, it was rather enjoyable. The hair washing with the massage while waiting for Katelyn was so relaxing and the eye and lip waxing was the best that I ever have had. Alora Spa is the best, thank you for your amazing service all around!!

Bay is an AMAZING brow artist! I got my eyebrows waxed and she did an awesome job and provided great recommendations in regards to lamination and castor oil. She's super friendly and very talented at what she does. I arrived about 10 minutes early and she was able to see my right away which was great. The salon looks very nice, is in a great location and there were even some adorable dogs there!!
