My experience at LAVELLO has been amazing. This is my second time going here and i absolutely loved it. After reading the reviews, I booked an appointment with Hope. All I can say is, she’s one of the sweetest and talented. I love her work so much, she really takes her time, and really listens to you as well. My nails are something that I am very picky about and I feel that I could be annoying with my indecisiveness, but hope makes me feel safe, heard, and really valued. Stella and Tommy were amazing. I have an injured nail and she works her magic to build me a new with with dipping powder. The customer service and kindness here is also a 10/10. It was a good only my hair was a lot darker than normal but it was okay as I found my hair to be a little too blond for the winter. Wouldn’t want it this dark in the summer.
