They do a great job. The pedicure is the best anywhere. However, I have an issue with the fresha gift card process. I use the website to book the reservation for the spa pedicure. It said the gift card was supplied. Then when I went to pay, it took over 10 minutes for that to pop up. It should be automatic.

Erika gives the best pedicure in Chicagoland. Period. Not only is she masterfully skilled in her craft but also a beautiful person and so easy to talk to. I came in for a gel manicure and spa pedicure, and everything was perfect — clean tools, relaxing environment, and super professional technicians. Karina Ponomarenko is the absolute BEST!!! I recently moved to Chicago and was nervous to try someone new, but I have had the most amazing experience. Karina is so kind, flexible with scheduling, and easy to reach out to. I DM her on Instagram and the appointment is booked within minutes. Her new salon is beautiful with a great location, as well.
