When I lived on Hornby Street, I visited this eyebrow salon every month. They are so careful, professional, and great at what they do! Since moving to North Vancouver, I haven't forgotten them; whenever I’m downtown, I always make sure to stop by. Even when I don't have an appointment, they are always so kind and welcoming, fitting me in between their other clients. I always leave feeling great about my eyebrows! I highly recommend them—and don't miss out on the relaxing massage they give you after your treatment.

I received incredible service from Madoka and a wonderful lash and brow tint from the lovely Marina - both were amazing as always! However, something in the salon has changed. For the first time in two years, no one offered me tea or water, and the receptionist didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive to the order of my appointments. I really hope the salon brings back pedicures, they truly have the most comfortable chairs in all of Vancouver!

My experience was wonderful. I arrived expecting to thread my eyebrows, got some advice and decided to try waxing instead. It was nearly painless, much quicker than threading, and I love how my brows turned out. I also got my nails done and the nail tech was really kind, a great conversationalist, and my nails turned out really pretty even though they were very busted looking when I first arrived. Overall very happy with the experience, I’ll definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone who wants professional and friendly service.
