I've had a couple of deep tissue massages over the years at different places, but long time between massages and each time different techniques. I wasn't expecting the in and out of room to get things a couple of times, so will know that for next time. I learnt a little more this time than I have before and didn't realise there were even more places that you can get knots! Definitely helped get a lot of knots out and my head feels better also (I've had a few headaches recently, so the neck/head/face massage I feel will help with that). Body a lot better now thank you.

This was everything I needed today. I believe my therapist was Luna & she was amazing. I had the body lymphatic massage but she tailored it to be combined with deep tissue massage as she could tell I was very tight & sore from the exercise. The hot stones were amazing. And the nicest small touch at the end with a hot tea to take home with me. Thanks so much!

The BEST deep tissue massage after not getting one for a few months, and the head + face massage at the very end of the massage just ends the experience on the best note. Absolutely the best massage I’ve ever had. David gave an incredible deep tissue massage with perfectly controlled, strong pressure and an amazing understanding of muscle tension. He found every tight spot in my neck and upper back and worked through them with real skill. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and honestly amazed by the result. If you want a truly deep, therapeutic massage — David is exceptional!

Had a full body deep tissue massage, went in with some aching muscles but came out feeling refreshed and feeling energised. Would highly recommend Natalie to anybody having muscle aches or just needs a general relax massage.

One of the best massages I’ve had! Natalie used a combination of technique of sport massage with deep tissue. I saw a massive difference after the session especially on my shoulder straps and lower back! If you want someone that understands human body I would definitely recommend you go and see Natalie.
