It was conversational without being too much and they genuinely take time to ask about you. From the moment I walked in I felt very welcome and at home and everything was seamless. I like the hair products they use and that the scent isn’t too over-powering. The consultation, style and cut were fabulous, my hair shiny and on point, and I am looking forward to my next appointment! They know their stuff!
