There aren't really words to do justice for the beautiful, nurturing space that Helena has created, tucked away behind the Wanstead Flats. You are greeted by nature, but also by her affable warmth and smile - it's feels like such a safe space. I booked 1 hour 15 minutes and it was the perfect amount of time. We focused on jaw and neck tension release, including some buccal, and then also sculpting and lymphatic drainage. I went into my appointment with a slight dea of what I wanted, but Soundas completely changed my perspective. She made me realize that sometimes less is truly more, and I left feeling like an enhanced version of myself – still me, but better! I was a bit nervous about the non-invasive treatments because I have a slight fear of needles, but Soundas was incredibly gentle and reassuring throughout the entire process. The pain was barely noticeable, maybe a 2 out of 10 at most. I'm so happy with the natural-looking results and highly recommend her. Plinest eye, cheek chin and lips filler.

Excellent service. Soundas is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. I had botox and results are excellent. I got lots of tips which were helpful. Highly recommend this place.
