Honestly one of the best facials I’ve ever had! A lovely in-depth skin consultation, followed by a treatment tailored to your specific needs. All this + a foot massage!! Pretty sure I almost caught myself dozing off more than once.

The microneedling facial was fantastic with minimal discomfort and Léonie ensured that I was comfortable throughout constantly checking in to see how I was doing. She was extremely thorough during the consultation as well as after the facial whilst going over after care. I’m so pleased with my experience and would highly recommend a facial at re:lax!

I went in for a consultation the day before and was able to get a booking in the next day. I had balayage and wanted to get back to more of my natural colouring. Jolene did a fantastic job doing this while still keeping a sun-kissed look, and I'm delighted with the result!

I had a pleasant and prompt experience with Timandra. I walked in and got an almost immediate appointment, everything was explained and I was regularly consulted ensuring my safety and comfort. I got the help i was hoping for and I am happy with the result. I even enquired whether I could request the same person when I make another booking (yes was the reply) which suggests I will be returning for further treatments. Many other aspects were good too, regarding cleanliness and affordability for example.. Bravo! Highly recommended.

Such a fabulous experience! I had a facial which lasted for 90 minutes, this included a detailed consultation, a relaxing massage, a deep cleanse and a chemical peel, followed by a calming mask and micro needling to target some of my acne scarring. I felt completely relaxed the whole time, really informed and knew I was in the hands of a professional. I received really in depth aftercare advice as well as some samples. My skin has been glowing ever since and i recommend this service 100%! Thanks so much and see you in six weeks.

Hannah is an exceptional hairdresser. She really takes her time to understand exactly what you're after and never makes you feel rushed. Her attention to detail is outstanding, and it's clear she genuinely cares about getting every part of the cut just right. What I appreciated most was that she didn't just give me a great haircut—she also took the time to explain how to style it at home. I couldn't recommend Hannah more highly!

I came here a few months ago to do my lips. I was so happy with the results that I decided to do a bunch of other treatments. For me this is the best aesthetic practitioner in London! Naz is very attentive, gives great recommendations and has a great eye. I had beautiful results and minimal to no pain during procedures, even in the most sensitive areas like under eyes or lips or neck.

Despite it only being a consultation, I was very happy with the overall experience helpful, truthful and honest. I will be booking an appointment to get my hair done for sure. And overall atmosphere was high energy but not to overwhelming.

I recently had an treatment and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the clinic felt welcoming, clean, and very professional. Nicole was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to explain the procedure in detail, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt confident before starting. I really appreciated how thorough the consultation was, as it helped me understand what results to expect. The treatment itself was quick and surprisingly comfortable. She was gentle and skilled. I totally get the all 5-star ratings! I had a consultation and facial today and really felt listened to by a professional for the first time. Sian made me feel welcome, comfortable and understood. We spoke in detail of my skins needs (not just in-salon therapy but everything i need to be doing at home too) and she was super patient with my questions. I feel like i can put my trust in her. Can’t wait for my next session!

This was my first facial, and I was in safe hands from start to finish. Zaynab made me feel comfortable throughout and explained each step, including the products she used and why they suited my skin. Her knowledge and professionalism put me at ease. The ambience was relaxing, and I left with my skin feeling smooth, soft, and glowing. She also recommended skincare suited to my skin and gave helpful advice on a skin concern. I had a great experience during my Hydrafacial with Elle. From the moment I arrived, she was so warm and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease.
