I had a truly wonderful experience with Neva! I was welcomed upon entry and we discussed what my hair needed! After agreeing to a Rosemary Treatment, we immediately got started! There were no double and triple bookings like most hairdressers do so I got the true VIP treatment! After the treatment, Neva blow-dried and did another assessment then she straightened, trimmed and styled my hair! I left with healthier, bouncy curls and will return in a few weeks to repeat the procedure!

Victoria is fantastic and cut snd colour. As my hair changes with age she is helping me to blend in silver and understand how we can keep a lot of dimension along with enjoying the sparkle. Jillian is the best. She asks me what I want to do to my hair during my appointment; but truly, there is no point. I trust whatever she does fully. She’s very talented in achieving a natural look and lifting the colour of my dark blonde/brown hair to give it dimension and interest. By far the best experience I’ve had at a salon - she is amazing with blonding.

This was my first visit with Victoria and she offered excellent consultation based on information she gathered in advance and upon meeting. The colour, cut and treatments and styling made for a fantastic finish. It’s was lovely getting acquainted and planning for future visits, with scalp treatment session to follow soon. Victoria is warm, welcoming, a great conversationalist and she has tapped into the look I am aiming to achieve as I blend the grey and seek some dramatic effect. I went to see Victoria this week for a colour, cut, and blowout — and wow, I could not be happier! I’ve never coloured my hair before, so I was a little nervous, but Victoria was absolutely wonderful. She was so patient and thorough, taking the time to explain the options and walk me through the process so I felt totally comfortable and confident. The result? I love my hair! Jillian took the time to walk me through her process and vision before starting and ensured we were on the same page with my hair goals. I have had postpartum hair loss and she was able to cut my hair to somehow look so much fuller and healthier. The colour is perfect - bright, yet lived in- so I know it will grow out beautifully. 11/10 recommend.
