Had a very good back tissue massage. I felt the tension in my back noticeably improved after just the first session. The therapist was professional and attentive throughout. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with muscle tightness or stress.

This is my second massage with Carly and both times she’s done a truly amazing job! She specifically tailored the massage to my needs and makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed! Would highly recommend to anyone, can’t wait to come again 😆

The difference in my body over 48 hours is incredible! Came to Jen for a lymphatic drainage & deep tissue back massage - I was dubious initially about how effective the MLD massage would be but how wrong I was! I've struggled with bloating and upper back/neck/shoulder pain for a few months, as well as some fluid retention and lower back pain for a lot longer. Within 24 hours my body felt a lot less puffy and my bloating gradually subsided. The mild "niggle" I had in my left shoulder also seems to have been relieved. Thank you Jen, I will definitely be back!!

I had an excellent Sports Massage with Josh, he took time to understand my problem and tailored the session perfectly to my needs. I’d highly recommend this to anyone dealing with muscle soreness/tension or just a reset.

Always fantastic every visit. Jenny is the best around. She is super knowledgeable and an absolute miracle worker in all she does. Salon is always spotless and greeted with a warm welcome. Full body massage, face and scalp and it was amazing! Definitely recommend! I’m 15 weeks post having a baby too and Jenny was super supportive ensuring I was comfortable!

Very friendly, great physio found out a brief history of injuries and what I was having trouble with, did a full assessment and explained what treatment she was going to perform to get the best results. Highly recommend for any injury or muscle fatigue rehabilitation.

Can not thank Jen enough for getting me back to normal after a broken femur. Couldn’t have done it without her. The NHS physio treatment is shocking. Jen has been worth every penny. Now need to help myself by doing what she’s been telling me to do to continue to get stronger. Thank you again
