Lena Baidikova did my haircut, and she did it very well — exactly as I expected. I was very happy with the haircut itself. However, I also asked to fix my highlights, which had previously been done at Scarlett O Hair and were not bleached properly. The correction only involved one or two small sections in the front near my face, with no additional color applied, just a small bleach fix. I was charged $50 for this service, which I feel was not quite fair considering the original work had been done at the same salon.

Shernelle is extremely sweet and caring. She is definitely a professional at her job. Can’t wait to come again and get my eyebrows done.
