The only place I go to feel pretty and pamper myself. Staff is always pleasant and helpful, especially Chandra!!!! Oh and Rhea is wonderful, she is my unpaid therapist….

I had a wonderful first time experience here today. The esthetician was not only so friendly and welcoming, she also educated me on a lot of things related to waxing. Although I was turned away for a Brazilian (due to the medications I’m currently on), I got my legs waxed. I felt reassured that they really cared about my safety and wanted me to have a good experience. The service was amazing and my legs are completely hair free. I will definitely be revisiting here. Started here about 3 years ago for stubborn Chin hair! My skin was ruined form plucking, leaving raised and discoloured scaring. Thankfully a friend told me about PLC/ Alpha Med Spa and I decided to try… I no longer care to wear make up to hide my chin! The skin was renewed and as for that stubborn chin hair after 1 year of monthly treatments!! I only touch up about twice a year when I notice a few random strands and for the most part the hair is much finer! Great on black skin!! Struggling with that hormonal or hereditary female chin hair! Try it you will not regret!
