This is my 2nd time here at Stefanie Napoleone Hair, I come up from Canberra and I have left the salon absolutely amazed once again. Kaitlyn is just lovely and is 10/10 at her job. Good conversation, amazing at doing my hair. I have curly islander hair and have been so hesitant about going anywhere. Until I came across this salon. I can’t recommend it enough. I feel listen to, I show and explain what I want and she definitely delivers. Thanks heaps Kaitlyn I always enjoy getting my hair done here xx

Was anxious to try a new salon but I had a great time with Kaitlyn! The colour is exactly what I'd hoped for, my haircut was perfect, I tried the caviar treatment as well and it feels so hydrated and shiny after! Kaitlyn and Stefanie are so friendly and easy to talk to as well. Highly recommend!

10/10 was great service lovely workers honestly such a comforting feeling as soon as you walk in the salon. Had great conversations and honestly couldn’t be happier with my hair. I was a bit nervous getting waves on my bob as I wasn’t sure how it would look. Although the stylist promised the curls would drop into a wave and they sure did. Stylist delivered and did a great job. Loved how my hair turned out. Thank you!!

I’m so happy with my hair! I came in wanting soft mushroom babylights to blend my greys naturally,after covering for 16 months and the result was even better than I hoped. Kaitlyn really took the time to listen to what I wanted, gave great advice, and created such a beautiful, natural-looking colour. The highlights are blended perfectly, giving my hair so much depth and softness while still embracing my grey in such a lovely way.I highly recommend Kaitlyn ....whom also makes a delicious cup of tea!
