Ruby was very good. It could have been better if the environment wasn't so loud. You can hear everything - people talking, chairs rolling across the floor, the laundry buzzer, the doors... Its a place to go relax. This was not that. Also, when I entered the building a burned coffee smell was so strong which was not inviting for a spa.

Olivia, was very attentive and read my Intake form to understand my needs. She Was very gentle and attentive during the session as well. The Spa is quiet, clean, and relaxing. Will visit again soon.

TikTok put me onto this spot and I drove four hours from Valdosta, GA just to experience this service. Everything was 10 out of 10. I got the gateway to Tunisia service and my skin feels so much more smooth and soft. I love a good hair wash service and this was definitely one of the best even with braids. Everything was so incredibly relaxing. This HAS to be a part of my self-care routine now. I will be back!

Gabby is the most incredible esthetician I've had! I've taken skin health seriously from a young age. Having PCOS, hirsutism, rosacea & sensitivity trust me when I'm telling you I've done a lot of different types of treatments but absolutely nothing can't beat the hands of an angel. Gabby is absolutely spectacular and she is the very best at what she does. Do yourself a favor and book for an experience you will never regret! Ive had no issues with my prior services here, but today was exceptional! It may have been I needed that down time from my busy week, but Ivan serviced my spa pedicure....and OMG!!!! Best nail experience overall. Environment is relaxing and communication is great. Its very refreshing to have a nail experience that commuincation is relatable and understandable. Ten was attentive to my feet and the concerns I had about my health of my feet. I was not rushed and the environment was clean and sterlie. Will be returning very soon. 😊

I had an absolutely incredible experience with Samar! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. The hammam treatment was both deeply cleansing and incredibly relaxing; a true reset for my body and mind. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the level of care and expertise was exceptional.
