Today, I visited Avanzato Grooming Lounge for a pedicure and was thoroughly impressed. Zeela provided exceptional service, demonstrating remarkable care and diligence throughout the experience. Her attention to detail made the pedicure both enjoyable and relaxing. Although I only had a pedicure, the quality of service was outstanding and left a lasting impression. I highly recommend Avanzato Grooming Lounge for anyone seeking professional and attentive care.

What an experience! This was my first time getting a japanese head spa and it was incredible. I’ve been looking around for a while and thought I would take the plunge and book. Karina is the absolute best! She explained everything in full and made sure that I was comfortable. She is beyond kind, knowledgable and she cared a lot about the experience and ensuring you were as relaxed as possible. Such a great time to unwind and relax. Turns out what I really needed was a deep tissue massage and I will be coming back for one of those! The candle massage was relaxing and the therapist really looked after me and made me feel so much more relaxed and limber. 10/10

The spa was beautiful and I especially loved the facial. It was a very relaxing, calming experience and an excellent lymphatic massage. I do wish they had spf for anyone leaving the salon with oil on their face in the sunshine but that’s a small thing

I can't recommend Iwona enough, she is the best! She is incredibly talented, so friendly and welcoming. I had a 90 minute soothing head spa, which Iwona helped me feel so relaxed and at peace. All the tools and scents used were brilliant, and I especially enjoyed the neck/shoulder massage. I've had head spas before, but nothing compares to this - I will definitely be back again! Thank you so much!

I’d never had a lymphatic massage before so I wasn’t really sure what to expect… but wow, Vanessa was amazing! I felt so relaxed I almost fell asleep. Her studio space is so calming and the heated bed and music were super relaxing. Vanessa clearly knows her stuff and put me at ease. I look forward to my next appointment.

I booked the Back Rub Restore (30 minutes) at Opulence Thai Spa as I was in a rush and needed quick relief from back pain. It exceeded my expectations — the therapist managed to release the tension in just 30 minutes, and my back pain disappeared almost immediately and stayed away for days. The spa is clean, relaxing, and the staff were very professional. Perfect if you need fast but effective relief in central London. I’ll definitely be back!

I had such a relaxing experience with Iwona! I am neurodiverse and struggle with sensory overload, but the environment here was calm, safe, relaxing and welcoming. Iwona truly cares about what she does — it’s clear this is a quality service and I really appreciate someone who loves their work and is so skilled. The massage, scents, and music were perfect, and my hair feels amazing after the blow dry. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommended, especially for anyone looking for a neurodiverse-friendly space and also as a thoughtful gift for a loved one to unwind and relax. Thank you!

The hair scalp experience was fantastic and so relaxing. My scalp and hair feel extremely clean and free of buildup. I booked for my daughter and I to have the treatment together and both of us can’t wait to come back! We have been looking for a Japanese hair spa in London and are so happy to have found one.

I cannot recommend this head spa enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and luxurious. Iwona was incredibly welcoming and professional, making me feel completely at ease. The treatment itself was pure bliss. A perfect combination of scalp massage, cleansing, and aromatherapy that left me feeling refreshed, relaxed, and surprisingly energized. My hair and scalp have never felt healthier! If you're looking for a unique self-care experience that goes beyond the typical spa visit, this is it. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is the best facial I've ever had ANYWHERE. Carla manages to combine a pharmaceutical grade facial with a spa like relaxing experience that is unmatched. From the hot eucalyptus scented towels and heated bed, to using high end products you'd see at your medspa, it literally is the highlight of my month! I'd be here every week if I could.

What an incredible surprise. Our flight got cancelled so we were looking for something to relieve the stress of the day. Given that it was Sunday we weren’t expecting much to be open but gave a call and they were able to book myself and my wife massages - even brought in another therapist to make it happen. I had the deep tissue and it may have been the best massages ever - great combo of deep followed by soothing then more deep. To our surprise after the massage we had access to steam, sauna, pool to further relax- even provided us with disposable bathing suits. Wish we found this sooner.

Two absolutely fabulous treatments by two wonderful staff members. The spa is clean, comfortable and everyone was so welcoming. Both the massage and facial were so relaxing and left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. Would recommend to anyone!

I had the Morrocan Hamam package which included hamam, deep tissue massage, and use of the facilities - sauna, steam room and plunge pool. The care and attention of the masseuse / therapist was First Class! Nothing was rushed and I geniunely felt renewed and totally relaxed at the end. All members of staff were very welcoming and friendly; keeping me refreshed and hydrated (fruit & green tea). I highly recommend the centre (~8 months new) and services - assuming you can afford this level of luxury and the "Park Lane" experience (definitely worth it!).

We had the most wonderful experience at the intercontinental spa for my sister in law’s hen do. From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make the day feel truly special. We each enjoyed 3 treatments each, and every member of staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making sure we were comfortable and relaxed throughout the day. They were also so accommodating in helping us celebrate by allowing us to bring a cake, presents and a few small decorations. A very special thank you to Dawn and all the expert therapists for a truly memorable day. We will be back!

I visited Nisa Thai a few times and I feel very happy with the service. The place is clean, quiet, and make me relax straight away. The girls are friendly are very skilled and they understand exactly where I have pain or tension. Convenient to get there, the Victoria Station is pretty close, and finally a place where I can use sauna without needing to pay a monthly subscription

After a busy week, it’s hard to beat a massage and that is exactly what I received at the spa. My masseuse was brilliant and didn’t waste any time finding the areas that needed attention. I left feeling stretched and relaxed. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful place to go. Everyone is friendly and smiles greet you. Korn is the most brilliant and sensitive therapist and instinctively knows where to go when massaging. I've just spent the best 2 hours with her and feel mended and relaxed. Long may she stay at The Spa!

I’m not usually one for massages but Carla at My Face Spa came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was so relaxing and Carla was very welcoming and friendly. She really worked magic on my sore back and I left feeling completely refreshed. I will definitely be coming back.

A cosy little spa with great ambiance. I'm a repeat customer, getting monthly facials with Alexandra. I usually fall asleep during the facials and wake up relaxed with glowing skin. The Ilapothecary products she uses are amazing and smell wonderful.
