Her technique was intuitive and professional, with just the right balance of pressure and care. She clearly understands the body and knew exactly where to focus to release tension. I honestly couldn't not rate Aisling high enough, she is absolutely amazing at what she does. Always leaving totally relaxed and like floating on air and her knowledge is second to none. Makes you feel so at ease, comfortable and easy to talk to.

I had the warmth and wellness treatment with Ashling and it was absolute bliss. She is a great girl and makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. My neck and shoulders had been so stiff and sore and she really helped release alot of the tension that had built up. I left feeling so refreshed and slept soundly that night. Can't wait to get back again.

Had a wonderful back massage today. Really deep and relieving and targeted all the tense spots just perfectly. The reiki was a first time experience for me- felt very relaxed and reinvigorated after. Highly recommend

I have just had the Energetic Bliss session with Giovanna. Lately I have been feeling tired and low in energy and motivation and decided it was time to get help with this. The session with Giovanna was truly an amazing experience. Giovanna was able to pick up where in my body my energy was blocked and link it to experiences in my life that I hadn't fully processed hence my energy block. The whole Reike session was gentle, relaxing and I felt safe and supported by Giovanna. I didnt really know much about Reike but found it to be so helpful. I cant recommend Giovanna highly enough.
