I had a full sports‑focused massage with Bobby at The Recovery Room, and it was exactly what my body needed. He took his time working through trigger points, inflammation, digestion‑related tension, and overall muscle wellbeing. His knowledge really showed — especially with the lat activation work and the way he tailored everything to what I needed while prepping for a show. The pressure was perfect throughout, and he genuinely put so much care and effort into the session. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and completely reset. Outstanding from start to finish.

I had my first ever physiotherapy session at The Recovery Room and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrive everything was explained clearly to me and I was always asked for permission throughout, which made me feel very comfortable and respected. After the session, I felt noticeably better, and by this evening I’ve had more movement than I’ve had in the past 10 days. That alone speaks volumes! I had a back massage with Bobby and feel much better for it. He made sure I was comfortable and applied just the right pressure to loosen up the areas of tension I had. I am definitely feeling the benefit of it.

Back for second treatment within a couple of weeks. I felt like I couldn’t wait another two weeks. Again, Bobby outdid himself and I definitely gave him hard work to do. His outstanding knowledge is so intricate and his performance is carried out with flare. Felt amazing again afterwards and valued as a customer . As Arnold would say “I’ll be back” Guys get booked in!!!!!

Bobby is an expert at everything he does. Known him for 20 years and I’m not surprised he’s excellent at this too. Booked in for a full body deep tissue massage, and WOW! Feel like have had a muscle MOT done. Very intuitive, excellent knowledge and advice, firm pressure and incredible treatment left me feeling like floating on a cloud after as felt so relaxed and tension was released! I will be back !
