In the four years I have lived in Portadown, Ellie and Adam have been hands down my favourite specialists to go to for my massages, Goddess Glow, head & back massages, cupping, Lymph drainage, breath work and my ultimate favourite with Ellie was her reflexology. Each and every experience was exceptional and so thoughtfully and caringly executed. I knew I could totally trust them with my body and could fully relax under their professional care. I can’t recommend Marina highly enough. She took so much time to make me feel comfortable, relaxed and completely at ease. Her caring, professional manner is exceptional. The Fascia Release treatment was incredible. I felt I released deep emotional trauma I’d been holding for years, and since the treatment my neck and shoulder pain has improved significantly. I left feeling lighter, calmer and more like myself. Marina is an outstanding therapist and I will definitely be booking again. Highly recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife treated me to the Grounded Warrior Ritual for my birthday, and it was fantastic. I’ve struggled with poor sleep for a while, but Marina’s caring nature and professional approach put me completely at ease. The treatment was so relaxing that I actually drifted off to sleep during the massage – something that’s very unusual for me! I left feeling calmer, refreshed and recharged. I recently had the Sports Reflexology treatment with Marina at A Healing Touch by Marina, and it was absolutely amazing. Marina took her time, thoroughly treating every area, and I never felt rushed at any stage. I was really pleased with the entire experience. As a returning customer, I can highly recommend Marina to anyone. I’ve already enjoyed The Grounded Warrior and Sports Reflexology, and I’ve been incredibly impressed with both. Excellent experience with Adam. I have been getting treatment from October 25 for ongoing lower back pain. After it cleared up with Adam’s help I decided to make it a monthly check up with Adam to help with any issues in my back neck and shoulders to keep away the pain and tension and stay on top of things. Honestly can’t recommend Adam highly enough he does a superb job and I feel a lot better after every treatment 5*****

Debbie is a very knowledgeable therapist. She explained everything she was doing and how each movement was beneficial for my body which was very interesting to me. She was checking on my comfort and most people like peace on their sessions but poor Debbie had to put up with me nattering the whole way through. Very enjoyable experience.
