My massage really helped my neck and shoulders, I felt very relaxed and the scalp massage was amazing. The girls were so helpful and friendly and I loved the honey tea. 🍵 Next time I'm in Cairns I will definitely be making another booking. Only wish you had a retreat in Townsville.

This is my third time at the head spa, and every time it’s been amazing, had a gift voucher for a 90minute head spa with facial. Was hands down the best most relaxing experience that I can remember, the therapist was the best, thank you!

I absolutely loved my visit to The Retreat Head Spa and Massage! It was such a lovely birthday treat for myself, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The whole vibe was so calming and relaxing. I felt completely refreshed afterwards. Me and my two friends booked the trio session and we all loved it! It was the perfect way to unwind and treat ourselves. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to go back and enjoy the full experience all over again! 💆‍♀️✨

Treatment was first class from the initial calf scan right through to the finale. Scalp scan was fascinating and well informed, my therapist kept me informed with the steps through out the facial process and starting of the headspa and perfect pressure for the massage. The environment is a relaxing sanctuary that makes you not want the treatment to end. But once it does you are greeted with a ginger tea and another informative chat about what products they used and recommendations for you skin or hair. Will return

Beautiful service from the start to finish. I haven't been able to relax like that in a long time. As someone who doesnt have much of an understanding about face and scalp care, these ladies explained everything. I highly recommend booking and will be back once in Cairns again!

I had an amazing massage and head spa session today and I can’t recommend it enough! The therapist was incredibly professional and attentive, taking time to understand my needs and areas of tension. The massage was both relaxing and therapeutic — they really knew how to target the knots without causing discomfort. The head spa was the highlight! The scalp massage was pure bliss and my mind completely relaxed. After the session, I felt lighter, clearer, and completely recharged. A perfect escape from daily stress.
