I am a new regular at FLOW since discovering them thanks to a great referral from a friend. I have tried almost every treatment over the last few months and I keep coming back because they are just so good. My hair looks and feels so much healthier after keratin treatments and fantastic cuts from Nicole who has managed to tame my wild, chemically damaged and brittle hair. I now get my nails done every couple of weeks and the massages are incredible. It is honestly the BEST one-stop beauty salon in Bali. Very happy to recommend.

My husband & I had a number of treatments at Aspya over our two week holiday & we're very happy each time with the experience. Our 90 minute massages with Ayu & Janet were relaxing with the right amount of pressure to relieve our weary muscles. My hair salon appointments with Juliani to tame my unruly Bali hair into slick & straight style for special holiday dinners made me look polished & put together. Will definitely return here for more treatments next time we come to Bali.

I've had many massages in Bali, but I tried Blue Cave after reading the excellent reviews online. I have never had such an amazing massage experience! I will now ONLY got to Blue Cave Spa. It is beyond AMAZING. Laying down for a foot massage, while another person does my facial, hand masssage, head massage and face massage, it was an out of body experince and something I will never ever forget. The massage is not done in chairs at the front of the shop, its in private rooms, low lights + relaxing music, with the most respectful staff who know exactly what to do. BEST massage in Bali! I cried!

I came back for the second time today and again requested the sleek sangria. Widya is AMAZING. Her attention to detail and patience she shows with my hair type that isn’t the most manageable is something to be admired. Love her and the quality she brings. Super happy! So sad I’m leaving Bali as I’d love to make this my every week salon. 😭

I had a wonderful experience with Maurenza at Rose Petal Bali. My treatment included 30-minute manual extraction, 20-minute Gua Sha, and an additional 30-minute lymphatic massage. She was very gentle and professional throughout the whole session, especially during the extractions, which were done carefully and comfortably. The Gua Sha and lymphatic massage were incredibly relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed and sculpted. The place itself is beautiful, very clean, and uses high-quality products and materials, which makes the whole experience feel premium. Highly recommend!!!

I had a pregnancy massage (currently 5 months pregnant) along with glow boost facial, and it was truly 2hrs of pure bliss! The massage therapist Atik did an amazing job at getting the tension out of my shoulders. The whole massage was very relaxing along with the facial treatments, my skin felt great afterwards. I went with a group of 4 other people who got Balinese massages and used the sauna and cold plunge pool, and we all agreed the massages were great quality and best ones we had. We would 100% return in the future. Thanks Asai spa!

I had an absolutely incredible experience at You Spa Umalas! My fiancé and I both enjoyed massages (hot stone and signature), and they were so relaxing that I had to return the next day for a facial. The therapists are highly skilled and attentive, delivering each treatment with the utmost care. They’re also very accommodating, happily adjusting to any specific pain points or areas of concern. Every detail felt thoughtful and professional. I was genuinely impressed, and if you’re in Bali or nearby, this place is absolutely worth a visit!

I had an absolutely outstanding Balinese massage with Arsil . The atmosphere was calm, clean, and deeply relaxing from the start. The massage was perfectly balanced, with ideal pressure that released all tension while still feeling gentle and soothing. Every movement was skilled, professional, and full of care. Diah was so wonderful and my 1 hour head, shoulders and back massage was absolute bliss. She was gentle but firm, when needed, and my back and shoulders very much appreciated the release and it was the perfect 1 hour treatment on my last day in Nusa Dua. I was even blessed with a gorgeous face massage to finish. I will definitely be returning to Acupuncture Bali and to see Diah on my next trip to Nusa Dua.

We loved staying at Ubud Aura which is centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The staff is so friendly and attentive. They have great breakfast options. The room was spacious and clean. We got good hot showers and a quiet night with lots of rest. The massages were wonderful, Sanur and Ayu were fantastic! We definitely recommend you stay here and we will definitely do so if we come back to Bali.

Amazing experience at Healthy Look Aesthetic in Ubud Nyuh Bali Resort. The staff were extremely professional, gentle and attentive. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout the whole treatment. The place is clean, calm and relaxing. I highly recommend and will definitely come back.
