I tried the hot stone massage. It definitely was needed after experiencing the recent chill in the weather. I also had AVACEN and paraffin treatment on my hands which helps decrease pain from arthritis. Arlynn is a kind, gentle massage therapist that is an expert at her craft. The spa atmosphere is relaxing as well.

The paraffin wax and AVACEN hand treatments were soothing helping to decrease arthritic discomfort in my hands. John has a lovely space that is cozy and relaxing. He was friendly, professional and gave me one of the best massages I ever had . Can’t wait for my next massage!

My Swedish massage with Michael was very relaxing, he also pointed out a few areas that could use some extra stretching in between appointments and showed me to do the very simple stretches. I look forward to my next appointment! I wish I felt this relaxed all of the time!
