11th June, I had the Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Fiona at Hamptons Lounge, and it was absolutely fantastic. Fiona was professional, attentive, and made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. I felt lighter, refreshed, and so much better after the session. Today I had relax massage and it was fantasitc. Katana was lovely and I found the treatment very relaxing but I would not do it again. In reality, it’s a very expensive hair wash with no cut and colour at the end of it. I would rather pay $195 for a massage which I find much more relaxing and worth the money.

Technician was lovely. Was relaxing and I would book again with same girl. Feedback to the company. Training your staff to trigger massage would make the experience more worthwhile. $195 for what felt more like a hair wash wont have me booking again. Improve this and make it an experience you don’t just get at a hair salon, will get more repeat customers.
