Leah has the most relaxing and welcoming mannerism, she makes the experience very personal and takes time to understand your desired outcome from the service. She did my first ever brow lamination. She was so excited it made me excited but I didn’t know what to expect because I’d never seen it done on someone and WOW brow laminations are a vibe. I actually hugged Leah because she made my eyebrows match my face and accentuate my eye area. I could have cried I was so shocked at how good it looks. She’s an Absolute gem. Thank you Leah.

Amber was amazing! This was my first time, based on a good friend's recommendation whom has been seeing Amber for years. My brows needed redefining and shaping which Amber did beautifully. I am so happy! My lashes are dark and fresh also, as is my face from having all the fluff waxed off! Amber is really friendly, gentle and her attention to detail is perfect. She was very prompt also which is refreshing! She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her vocation! I also highly recommend Amber to look after all your brow, lash and facial waxing needs.

Haven’t found a hairdresser since I moved from Sydney. Took a shot at google and found Shanelles and booked straight away. They fixed my well over due mess and also did my eyebrows. Went home and my 3year old daughter loved my new look she asked to go get her hair cut for the first time. 2 very happy and put back together girls in 1 day such a nice experience
