Had an extraction facial at Aura Whiteley and it was a really nice experience. The massage was honestly super relaxing and the ambience was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to just switch off and enjoy. Left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Would definitely go back 😊

I had the spa experience, 3 hours of pure relaxation. This was by far the best massage I have ever experienced, and I have had a lot! The 10 minute breathing exercise at the beginning was perfect to really settle into the session, Sam has such a soothing voice to help you relax. If you’re thinking about going for the spa experience just go for it! I didn’t feel like I was wondering what time it will finish unlike other massages, it flowed the whole 3 hours. AMAZING!

I had lymphatic drainage for the first time today. It was amazing so relaxing and left feeling lighter and less puffy. As usual Samantha was brilliant ensuring the whole experience was comfortable and tailored for me. I leave each time feeling so relaxed Samantha really is gifted I feel very lucky to have a session to look forward to each month. Thank you

I had the most amazing Lymphatic drainage massage. Samantha’s room is so relaxing and comfortable. She explains everything well and the massage was so relaxing and felt better afterwards. Have booked in more treatments and can’t wait to go back.

My massage with Ola at Nordic Rituals Massage Studio was excellent. From the warm welcome and calming aroma to the thoughtful tea waiting for me afterwards, every detail was perfect. I had a massage focusing on my upper body, legs and feet, and I'd definitely recommend booking an hour if you can. Ola was great at adjusting the pressure to suit me, I asked for firm pressure to work out my tension and it really did the trick. I usually struggle to switch off, but I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep! The playlist was amazing too. I'll definitely be back and would 100% recommend. 😌

I’m finding it difficult to put into words how amazing Sam is. From the moment you arrive Sam is making sure you’re comfortable from the position of the headrest to the pressure of the massage just everything. I always leave feeling SO relaxed. Thank you so much 🙏

Thank you for another wonderful sports massage and laser treatment on my injuries. Finishing with a relaxing abdominal massage. Perfect pressure and my aches and pains really do subside and I feel a million times better almost immediately. Highly recommend 🫶🏻

Karen was fabulous! I felt very welcome as soon as I walked through the door and the massage was very relaxing but also firm enough to make a difference. I woke up the next day feeling much less tense than I usually do and I’m sure I will be back again!

Fantastic massage 100% recommend. Megan tailored the massage to tackle my tight shoulders but also made sure the massage was relaxing too. You can really tell Megan is knowledgeable and thinks about all the small details which make a big impact.

Had my first treatment with Anna-hot stone massage with the guided meditation to start with. The best massage I’ve ever had. Anna is so lovely and had some really good recommendations, beautiful treatment space and the treatment itself was so relaxing. I find it hard to relax in massages but not this time! Second visit to Alex today for help with my sore neck, old shoulder injury and arthritic knee. Alex’s treatment room is lovely and warm with relaxing background music playing. The treatment table was heated and scented beautifully with lemon balm. Alex skilfully targeted my problems areas and I felt the tension leave my muscles - I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep. Alex also carried out laser therapy on my arthritic knee - no pain since! I highly recommend Alex - truly a passionate, skilled and knowledgeable therapist.
