Wow what an experience ✨ I came in with my back killing and very stressed from work. I had a bespoke massage and REKI … honestly feel like it was magic ✨ my head was cleared I felt so much lighter and happier and relaxed… I really needed that and Sam is so beautiful inside & out. My back is so much better 💘 it was the reset I needed and I’m so grateful for Sam, her lovely nature, her pure heart, beautiful soul and her talent at all her treatments. I’ve never felt so relaxed in my life. The products smelled gorgeous, and my hair has never been this soft. Jade’s massages were wonderful, and she talked me through the whole treatment and scalp analysis. Truly an amazing experience.

Very professional and engaging. Jamie is very friendly and you can either have a good conversation or happy silence while having your massage. I have had 2 massages from Jamie now both while suffering from an injury and I highly recommend him. He's very knowledgeable about his field, always makes sure you are getting what you need out of the massage, and that you are comfortable with the massage. I'm going to be a recurring customer even after my injury is sorted out.

Absolutely fantastic - Andrew was thorough, considerate, and clearly really knows his stuff. I really enjoyed our conversation and have lots of great stretches and exercises to bake into my training. My lower back, and legs are feeling much looser and relaxed too. Thank you so much!

Jade's Head Spa was a real treat. Her venue is absolutely stunning, and as soon as you walk in, you instantly feel relaxed. From choosing the beautiful scents for your treatment to enjoying a matcha or herbal tea at the end, the whole experience is seamless and incredibly relaxing. Jade is a fantastic therapist with a lovely personality. She's extremely knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you're comfortable throughout. The treatment is deeply relaxing and well worth the money. I left feeling incredibly relaxed, and my hair smelled amazing! Thank you to the lovely Jade ❤️
