Supa was fantastic. A really good relaxing massage, she clearly has a lot of experience and a lovely comfortable room. Will use for massages from now on, next time a firm massage to relieve some tension!

I had the spa experience, 3 hours of pure relaxation. This was by far the best massage I have ever experienced, and I have had a lot! The 10 minute breathing exercise at the beginning was perfect to really settle into the session, Sam has such a soothing voice to help you relax. If you’re thinking about going for the spa experience just go for it! I didn’t feel like I was wondering what time it will finish unlike other massages, it flowed the whole 3 hours. AMAZING!

I had lymphatic drainage for the first time today. It was amazing so relaxing and left feeling lighter and less puffy. As usual Samantha was brilliant ensuring the whole experience was comfortable and tailored for me. I leave each time feeling so relaxed Samantha really is gifted I feel very lucky to have a session to look forward to each month. Thank you

I had the most amazing Lymphatic drainage massage. Samantha’s room is so relaxing and comfortable. She explains everything well and the massage was so relaxing and felt better afterwards. Have booked in more treatments and can’t wait to go back.

On a wet and windy Saturday morning I was transported to south east Asia. With all the thoughtful tiny rituals the massage by Par was the best I've experienced for a very long time. I cannot recommend highly enough. My new favourite place for a relaxing but thorough massage. Thank you!🙏

Thank you for another wonderful sports massage and laser treatment on my injuries. Finishing with a relaxing abdominal massage. Perfect pressure and my aches and pains really do subside and I feel a million times better almost immediately. Highly recommend 🫶🏻

Karen was fabulous! I felt very welcome as soon as I walked through the door and the massage was very relaxing but also firm enough to make a difference. I woke up the next day feeling much less tense than I usually do and I’m sure I will be back again!

Alex welcomed me back to her new, larger massage studio in Fareham. I had an hours sports massage where she gave me a full body session which helped with all my problems. I highly recommend Alex for her knowledge and friendly service.

Harpreet is an excellent therapist. Kind and gentle listens to what you want and advices without being pushy. Would definitely recommend Aura Whiteley for threading and other treatments.

Had my first treatment with Anna-hot stone massage with the guided meditation to start with. The best massage I’ve ever had. Anna is so lovely and had some really good recommendations, beautiful treatment space and the treatment itself was so relaxing. I find it hard to relax in massages but not this time! Highly recommend.

Anna was amazing - hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had from start to finish. Even when filling in the consultation form I had my feet in warm water with a mini bath bomb. It was total relaxation from the moment I walked in the door. The room is beautiful and tranquil and this is coupled with the calming music and the massage itself. It was completely tailored to what I wanted and I’ve come away feeling totally relaxed. Definitely worth the money and I wouldn’t go anywhere else going forward.

Second visit to Alex today for help with my sore neck, old shoulder injury and arthritic knee. Alex’s treatment room is lovely and warm with relaxing background music playing. The treatment table was heated and scented beautifully with lemon balm. Alex skilfully targeted my problems areas and I felt the tension leave my muscles - I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep. Alex also carried out laser therapy on my arthritic knee - no pain since! I highly recommend Alex - truly a passionate, skilled and knowledgeable therapist.
