She was attentive, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The results were perfect—my brows are beautifully shaped, and the henna tint looks natural and lasts long. I have been visiting Jess for quite some time now and have always loved her enthusiasm and professionalism but today her service was even more amazing! I had some very specific, unusual eye/eyelash issues that needed to be worked around and Jess did an amazing job in helping me! Jess is not only extremely knowledgeable and skilled with all that she does but also just so fun to be around! I always leave her salon feeling so happy and relaxed and today's visit really showed me she has the skill to work around absolutely anything!

I just got my eyebrows waxed and tinted and my eyelashes curled and tinted, it was so relaxing in the reclining chair I nearly fell asleep! They have a nice location in the shopping centre away from the busy food court. The lady there was lovely too. 🙂

I'd never had my eyebrows or eyelashes done before.The process was explained thoroughly, yet easy to understand, and it was such a pleasant experience. The final look was one I was absolutely stoked with! I will be coming back when the brows/eyelashes need redoing!

Alyssa was very competent and professional - I have sensitive eyes and often react to eyelash tinting but not this time - also enjoyed the products being used and skin felt great afterwards
