I’ve been coming to Prept for over 5 years and I’ve had a fantastic experience every time. From gel nails, lvl lashes, facials, hair colour, keratin treatment and styling. It’s great that you can get access to so many different services in one place. All the ladies who are based at Prept are so friendly and welcoming, it’s always a fab atmosphere to relax and have a chat. And they each pay real attention to detail with their treatments. Rio always makes my eyelashes look gorgeous. She has great attention to detail and since my first lash extension session, she's really got the right shape to go with my eyes. Charlotte is absolutely amazing! Hands down she gave me the best lash lift and tint I have EVER had. I've had some bad experiences before with other beauticians where my lashes have ended up clumped together but every single lash was separated and they are curled to perfection with Charlotte. Not only that, the last one she did for me lasted for months! Next time, I'm going to get a brow lamination done as well because this girl is out here transforming faces and saving everyone precious time in the mornings.

My lashes look full, fluffy, and totally natural — exactly what I wanted. I’ve had lashes done before, but this is by far the best experience and result I’ve had.
