I recently undertook the lash lift master class with Rach and honestly can’t believe how much of a difference the refresh lesson has made an impact on my first client. The lift I got today was incomparable to the lifts I’ve had previously I would hugely recommend undertaking this master class if you are already a qualified lash lift artist.

Ciara is amazing, talks you through your procedure. I explained how I want my lips to look and she understood, but made them look even better. I also have a lash lift and tint, my lashes look incredible! Also for someone who suffers social anxiety, Ciara made me feel so at ease and relaxed!

This was my first facial with Ava, having been a brows/lashes client for a couple of years. WOW! I knew it would be a real treat, and yet still exceeded my expectations. First time at HOC the lovely leighoni done a red balayage on my hair. . She was professional and knowledgeable on colour. She went through step by step what she was doing and I am happy with the result. It's not the red I wanted however I am aware that there is a process with the red on black hair. She did show me which tone of red would lift and what the final outcome will be eventually and cannot be done in 1 sitting. I will def be booking again to get the desired red I want. All the girls were friendly and there is a great team there good vibes everyone chatty. Very talented set of girls
