I had a blow dry with Stephen for Chester races who kindly fitted me in last minute after injuring my arm! Loved my hair, it lasted all day despite the raging heat. Stephen was lovely, it was very nice to meet you 😊

I’ve been coming to Prept for over 5 years and I’ve had a fantastic experience every time. From gel nails, lvl lashes, facials, hair colour, keratin treatment and styling. It’s great that you can get access to so many different services in one place. All the ladies who are based at Prept are so friendly and welcoming, it’s always a fab atmosphere to relax and have a chat. And they each pay real attention to detail with their treatments. I had a cut and blowdry appointment with Charlene today and it's the best haircut experience I've ever had! I was nervous a bit nervous to cut my length off but she was absolutely lovely and understood exactly what I wanted. My hair looks so gorgeous and healthy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new style.

Absolute stunning salon, everyone seemed very friendly and welcoming. Heather was an absolute angel with my consultations and explained everything in so much detail which really helped as sometimes it can be very overwhelming when you don’t understand much of a service.
