I had an advanced electrolysis treatment and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Sophie was highly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. Everything was explained clearly, hygiene standards were excellent, and the treatment was carried out with care and precision. I would absolutely recommend Sophie to anyone considering electrolysis.

I have had numerous treatments with both Jess and Sophie and love the fact that they gear the treatments to what's best for you, not what the appointment says. They are both very knowledgeable and professional and give you a sense of being looked after. One of the best clinics around in my opinion.

It was lovely to meet Jess. She did an LVL eye lash lift and tint. She was friendly and very welcoming. The treatment room is fresh and clean. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend The Skin Refinery for treatments.
