Emma was brilliant, she really put me at ease as I was a bit nervous, after having not a great experience at a previous salon. She was interested in what design I wanted and was happy to help achieve this. She helped me make a final decision on the design and gave me some great ideas for next time. I'm really looking forward to what she will do for Christmas nails with the magnetic polish.

I am fully addicted to the hydrafacial! The girls at the Skin Refinery are the best and the salon is utterly beautiful. I had another hydrafacial treatment today and was left feeling so relaxed I could have fallen asleep! Jess is such a perfectionist and I always love my treatments with her. Seeing my skin improve after each appointment is truly the best feeling! I will always recommend the girls at the Skin Refinery, 100/10!!!

Came for my second hydrafacial today and I’m obsessed! The results are amazing! I’m currently having one a month and can’t wait to see how my skin looks by the end of the year. The girls are so lovely and it’s such a beautiful salon! Calm, clean and professional! Can’t wait till the next one!
