Lovely little beauty salon first time i visited today! To have some waxing and gel nails done! Lovely girls that work there very friendly and chatty made me feel cery comfortable, im very impressed with my gel nails absolutely love them, I will definitely be back even though I dont live in reading, thank you for a wonderful experience

After getting my lash extensions done the first time, I was really impressed with how long they lasted—I just had to come back! Michelle is just brilliant. She’s so lovely to chat to and puts you completely at ease. Her beauty room is lovely and is so relaxing to spend time in. I had a lash lift and HD brows and I’m over the moon with both. She’s a real perfectionist and clearly really cares about the outcome of the treatments. Can’t recommend enough.

Katie was a total babe! Super friendly and accommodating. The beds are comfy as are the pillows. Katie was so easy to speak to and the wax is perfect! She has an excellent attention to detail. First time meeting Sophie and she made me feel so at ease, talked me through the whole process and made me feel so comfortable that I fell asleep half way through. Once the lashes were done, she talked me through the aftercare process. I was so happy with the outcome, that I’m about to rebook for infills! Very professional, would highly recommend 🩷

It was lovely to meet Jess. She did an LVL eye lash lift and tint. She was friendly and very welcoming. The treatment room is fresh and clean. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend The Skin Refinery for treatments.

Staff are all so friendly and make you feel comfortable. I’m glad that we have a great Aesthetics team in Reading will definitely be coming back for more treatments.

Amazing! Laila is soo talented, she can look at a picture & recreate this on my nails. We have a great catch up too. All the girls there are fab, it’s super friendly. Can also recommend brow lamination & lash tint & lift- very nice! X

She explained everything before starting and took great care to avoid irritation. The salon was spotless, relaxing, and everyone was super friendly.
