Amazing! Absolutely amazing customer service. I had a lash lift a couple weeks ago and it wasn’t quite what I had imagined. But Emma was great and reached out and booked me back in. Such lovely people and an overall great experience. And a plus I love my lashes this time they are just what I imagined. Thank you 🫶

I Loved my first experience at NLS hair and beauty she talked me through everything and why she was doing it, recommended products for my hair really affordable and so easy to get along with all the staff are supper friendly cant wait to come back next week for my lashes done the lash tech definitely recommend this salon and will be using this salon from now on💞🥰

It was good but sadly my lash lift hasn’t taken very well. My lashes were stubborn so may not be fully their fault and the people who were doing my sister and I’s lash lift were lovely. But sadly my lashes don’t seem to have curled and lifted the way my sisters have and they seem to have partially curled instead of fully. But overall the people were lovely. Thank you

Erum did a brilliant job (colouring) on my hair She does the best eye lash lift. She has done a good job with eye brows dye. I had a great experience with her. I’ve already booked my next appointment with her! She gives you professional advice and is very passionate about her work and delivering her services. She makes sure her clients are happy and pleased with her service. She wouldn’t leave them until they are satisfied.

I have had the pleasure of having treatments from Megan, Lily & Sarah all of whom were professional, friendly and carried out treatments in a timely manner. I will not go anywhere else for lashes, make up, nails and brows. They are a credit to Thornton Village

love the treatment, did a fantastic job of my lashes and my lashes are straight, and the hydrofacial was amazing she put so much effort into my face and worked on the areas that were problematic. lovely girl, love her personality, made me feel at home and so relaxed . She is now my go to person for everything, he massages are the best so far, i would now go to anyone else, well worth the price.

Absolute gem! Chelsea is lovely had a great little chat. My lashes, brows and toes look fab. All ready for my holiday now.

The beautician/hair dresser is a lovely and dedicated lady who definitely satisfies her client. I got 3 treatments done, haircolour, eyelash lift and eyebrow tint ! I'm so pleased with the outcome of all my treatments. I will highly recommend her to others.
