Amazing! Absolutely amazing customer service. I had a lash lift a couple weeks ago and it wasn’t quite what I had imagined. But Emma was great and reached out and booked me back in. I Loved my first experience at NLS hair and beauty she talked me through everything and why she was doing it, recommended products for my hair really affordable and so easy to get along with all the staff are supper friendly cant wait to come back next week for my lashes done the lash tech definitely recommend this salon and will be using this salon from now on💞🥰

As soon as l walked into the salon it felt very welcoming and everyone was friendly Claire was very friendly professional and loved my builder gels nails l have not had them before but will definitely be booking again, l also had a lash lift and tint which was amazing l can’t believe the difference it will be great not to be putting mascara on every morning, l look forward to my next visit thank you Claire

Erum did a brilliant job (colouring) on my hair She does the best eye lash lift. She has done a good job with eye brows dye. I had a great experience with her. I’ve already booked my next appointment with her! She gives you professional advice and is very passionate about her work and delivering her services. She makes sure her clients are happy and pleased with her service. She wouldn’t leave them until they are satisfied.

Love my brows, lashes and perfect, long lasting nails.

It was good but sadly my lash lift hasn’t taken very well. My lashes were stubborn so may not be fully their fault and the people who were doing my sister and I’s lash lift were lovely. But sadly my lashes don’t seem to have curled and lifted the way my sisters have and they seem to have partially curled instead of fully. But overall the people were lovely. Thank you

I have been having treatments from Claire for years, Claire is now situated in Bingley her treatment room is very calming clean l have had acrylic nails done waxing and eyelashe lift, Claire is very friendly and welcoming and nothing is to much trouble and always goes that extra mile, with over 20 years experience l wouldn’t go anywhere else thank you Claire you are amazing in all that you do

love the treatment, did a fantastic job of my lashes and my lashes are straight, and the hydrofacial was amazing she put so much effort into my face and worked on the areas that were problematic. lovely girl, love her personality, made me feel at home and so relaxed . She is now my go to person for everything, he massages are the best so far, i would now go to anyone else, well worth the price.
